Visitors to the Anaheim Resort™ can experience the magic of Disney even outside the parks. From palate-pleasing culinary creations to handcrafted cocktails and sweets, the outdoor plaza has a myriad of surprises in store for convention attendees.

1. Indulge in a post-meeting "Spirit Sampler"

Tortilla Jo’s, a colorful Mexican cantina, boasts an expansive tequila menu featuring blanco, añejo, reposado and mezcal, with recommended flights of three varieties paired for flavor, color, and intensity. At the outdoor Uva Bar, imbibe under the stars with a flight of four 5-ounce draft beers; choose from SoCal specialties such as Stone Brewing, Ballast Point, The Dudes’ Brewing, and more.

2. Sample a slice of authentic Neapolitan Pizza

Naples Ristorante e Pizzeria imports Caputo flour from Southern Italy along with spring water similar to that of Italy’s Campania region to make its hand-worked dough; the result is a mouthwatering crust that is slightly charred on the edges but thin and soft in the center.

3. Drink up the flavor of the Jungle Cruise with a cocktail at Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar

“Owned” by Trader Sam from the beloved Disneyland® Park riverboat ride, the tiki bar at the Disneyland® Hotel offers colorful cocktails in a themed bar filled with historic memorabilia. The menu of Island-inspired appetizers, like Sam’s Pu Pu Platter with sweet and spicy Asian wings, perfectly complements a round-up of sips whose whimsical names—including the Shrunken Zombie Head and HippopotoMai-Tai—promise fun in both flavor and presentation.
