The Disneyland® Resort has recently debuted an all-new nighttime spectacular at Disney California Adventure® Park.  Produced by Disney Live Entertainment, the show centers on the storyline that one single action, like a drop of water, creates a ripple that grows into a wave of change.  It’s filled with beloved characters, inspiring music, and wondrous effects.  We’re sharing everything you need to know about “World of Color – ONE” so you don’t miss a drop of the excitement!

About the Show

• Paradise Bay at Disney California Adventure® Park has been the backdrop for more than half a dozen variations of the beloved “World of Color” show since its debut in 2010.
• Capturing the storytelling legacy started by Walt Disney himself, the show incorporates moments from beloved films.  For the first time at the Disneyland® Resort, the show blends characters, music, and stories from Walt Disney Animation Studios, Pixar Animation Studios, the Avengers, and Star Wars in the same production. 
• The styling of Star Wars and Avengers scenes is inspired by the film productions.  Enjoy the bold graphic style inspired by the end credit sequences in “Black Panther” and the Disney+ original series “Hawkeye.”
• You will be moved by the music score, made up of 18 musical compositions including the original song “Start a Wave.”  It was written for the show by GRAMMY®-nominated artist Cody Fry and vocals by singer-songwriter and actress Loren Allred. 
• There are 1,200 fountains synchronized to tell the aqua story as a feast for the eyes!  But it’s also a feast for the ears.  The “Born to Play” sequence from Disney/Pixar’s “Soul” has a jazz tune “played” by the fountains. 
• The water makes a 380-foot wide screen for the digital projections.  Plus, the geysers can shoot water up to 200 feet in the air!

Viewing the Show

• Walk-up viewing is available for each performance on a first-come, first-served basis.  You can access viewing areas additionally through a complimentary virtual queue system on the official Disneyland app.  You may get wet while standing along the railing!
• Add to the experience with a MagicBand+ that glows with color and pulses with haptic vibrations.
