North Orange County ROP
North Orange County ROP is the premier career technical education provider in California for high school and adult students. North Orange County ROP courses combine classroom and hands-on training. All instruction is based on the California Career Technical Education Model Curriculum Standards, which are aligned with the Common Core State standards.

Vital link is dedicated to preparing students for their future careers through experiential learning opportunities.
