The holiday season comes to life in Anaheim Ballet's Nutcracker , the heartwarming tale of Clara and her Nutcracker Doll who changes her woeful winter into a fanciful feast in Candyland. The Nutcracker ballet is a cornerstone of seasonal family entertainment and tradition. Anaheim Ballet's full-length Nutcracker is the production you and your family must see, a story presented with heart as only AB can present it, more than dance... Experience the spectacle of a towering Christmas tree, waltzing flowers, battling toy soldiers and menacing mice. The enduring theme remains unchanged - good overcomes evil - but AB's staging of the family classic is constantly updated, which keeps the production fresh. Anaheim Ballet celebrates its 39th season of Nutcracker performances featuring staging and choreography by Sarma Lapenieks Rosenberg, Anaheim Ballet’s acclaimed Artistic Director. Anaheim Ballet, founded by Directors Lawrence Rosenberg and Sarma Lapenieks Rosenberg, has been a premiere Southern California arts organization for over forty years and is the resident ballet company of the City of Anaheim.

Thanksgiving Buffet at Hilton Anaheim’s Poppy's Restaurant
The newly reimagined restaurant, led by Executive Chef Prabeen Prathapan, will host a Thanksgiving Dinner Buffet on Thursday, November 28 from 2 to 8 p.m. featuring a carving station, seasonal sides, and house-made holiday desserts. Highlights include thyme-brined turkey breast, Dijon and sage-rubbed ribeye, butternut squash ravioli, and a decadent dessert spread with traditional favorites. The buffet is priced at $59 per adult and $20 per child, with an optional bottomless wine add-on for $10.

Celebrate the magic of the season at Tangerine Room this Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with a festive 3-course prix fixe dinner. Begin your experience with our curated bread service and complimentary shareable hors d’oeuvres, featuring mini crab cakes, lamb meatballs, and deviled eggs. Choose a starter of Butternut Squash Soup or Waldorf Salad, followed by an entrée of your choice: Roasted Turkey Roulade, 14oz Prime Rib, or Stuffed Whole Branzino, each paired with seasonal sides and chef-crafted sauces. Complete your meal with dessert, choosing between Sticky Toffee Pudding or the Egg Nogg Cheesecake Yule Log. $90 per adult | $115 per adult with wine pairing. Kids 12 & under: $45 per person, for a specially crafted 3-course children’s menu. Please note: A condensed Tangerine Room dinner menu will also be available for guests who prefer to order a la carte rather than enjoy the prix fixe experience.
