From meeting your favorite characters to exploring other worlds on Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, your family is sure to enjoy a visit to The Happiest Place on Earth. But the fun doesn’t stop there! Disney California Adventure® Park offers seven exciting lands to explore. Speed your way through Cars Land and into Pixar Pier for an exhilarating ride on the Incredicoaster.

Anaheim is the perfect home base with the “Thrill Capital of the World” only a short car ride away. With 19 world-class roller coasters and over 100 rides, games, and attractions for the entire family, Six Flags Magic Mountain is sure to have just what your kids are looking for. From bigger names like LEGOLAND® California and SeaWorld® San Diego to local gems like Adventure City, kids will love visiting the theme parks and attractions that surround Anaheim.

Catch A Game

Baseball fans young and old will not want to miss a game at Angel Stadium, home of Angels Baseball®. Once inside the stadium, forget about peanuts and crackerjacks. Kids can enjoy sweet treats like giant red velvet whoopie pies or savory snacks like loaded helmet nachos. Visiting after baseball season? The Honda Center has got your sports fans’ backs. Grab a ticket to a hockey game and cheer on the Anaheim Ducks®.  If you’re a fan of both sports, you can time your visit just right to catch a game of each.

Explore the Outdoors

In the heart of Orange County’s extensive regional park system, Anaheim is near seven regional historic sites, 7,000 acres of open space, and 230 miles of regional riding and hiking trails, perfect for nature lovers of all ages.

Hike through one of the region’s few remaining areas of oak woodland and coastal sage scrub at the Oak Canyon Nature Center. While there, stop by the John J. Collier Interpretive Center ― a small museum with live animal and regional natural history exhibits, for an immersive educational experience perfect for children. Pack a picnic lunch and head over to Yorba Regional Park. Featuring volleyball courts, four lakes, a physical fitness course, and bicycle trails connecting to the nationally recognized Santa Ana River Trail, you and the kids will find plenty to do to work up an appetite.

Fly a kite over Seal Beach or learn to surf on Huntington Beach. With 42 miles of gorgeous coastline, the kids will love playing along Orange County's beautiful beaches.

Learn Something New

The Discovery Science Center makes science fun. Interactive exhibits entertain children while teaching them something new. Visit the Bowers Museum of Cultural Art for world-class exhibits and a bit of California history too. The adjacent Kidseum lets little ones create their own masterpieces and touch hands-on exhibits from all over the world.

When you visit Anaheim, fun is never out of reach.
