Attention food adventurers: Anaheim Packing District, home of Orange County’s Original Food Hall, will be celebrating its diverse cultural culinary artisans with the fifth annual World Taste on Wednesday, July 16, from 5PM until 9PM. Guests to the in-house, international tasting event will navigate their way through an expedition of deliciousness while they groove to magical tunes, test their knowledge with trivia and Sip and Sketch with Dyno Creative.

 

Each World Taste ticket includes a choice of 7 tastes from participating culinary artisans within the Anaheim MAKE Building, Anaheim Packing House, and Farmers Park. New this year is a tiny taste ticket for kids of all ages, which includes 4 tastes!  Guests can design their own eat-inerary, redeeming their favorites from the following:

  1. 18 Folds - Dragon Wontons - Handmade Spicy Shrimp Wontons served in a Chinese spicy sauce
  2. 206 BCE - Taste of the Islands - This plate features garlic butter shrimp, two savory sausages, and steamed rice topped with cilantro, green onions and fresh lime wedge
  3. Black Sheep Grilled Cheese Bar - Ohana Grilled Cheese - Melty Mozzerella, Honey Ham, Bacon on buttery grilled bread served with a side of house-made pineapple preserves
  4. ADYA Indian Flavors - Mini Samosa Chaat - crisp vegetable samosas with chickpeas, chutneys and cilantro
  5. Chippy Fish & Grill – Chippy’s Fresh-made Beignets with powdered sugar
  6. Georgia's – Gretchen’s Gumbo or Mini Po’ Boy Slider
  7. The Iron Press - Piña Press Sliders - Barbecue pulled pork, grilled pineapple, crisp creamy cole slaw, dill pickle and an onion ring embraced by a grilled King's Hawaiian roll.
  8. The Kroft - Katsu Curry Mini Poutine - fresh fries, squeaky curds, katsu chicken with Japanese Golden curry, pickled ginger
  9. Le Parfait Paris – Princess Macaron or Magic Ears Dessert Bite
  10. Mangal Mediterranean - Loaded Fries - topped with your choice of Falafel, Chicken Shawarma or tender Gyro drizzled with secret sauce, tahini, feta and onions
  11. Mini Monster - Hunny Potion - A magical blend of creamy honey infused milk tea, served over ice with your choice of boba or lychee jelly. Inspired by the sweet golden treat loved by a lovable bear
  12. Pali Wine Co - Chef Elijah's Small Plate
  13. Pique-Nique - The Perfect Bite - A buttery slice of French Brie cheese paired with fresh summer strawberry and blueberries, drizzled in wild honey, all sat a top a slice of classic baguette. This is sure to set off your flavor fireworks!
  14. Unsung Brewing - Poison Green Apple Seltzer (21+)
