Paso Robles CAB Collective’s Award Winning Wines Showcased

April 25, 2023 (Anaheim, Calif.) – JW Marriott, Anaheim Resort announced a Food & Wine Festival, on May 25, 5:00-7:00 PM. The award-winning wines of the Paso Robles CAB Collective and the culinary excellence Tocca Ferro Italian Chophouse will be showcased for food and wine enthusiasts to enjoy in the Serenity Garden of the resort. The Paso Robles CAB Collective will present the wines from some of the very best Cabernet and Bordeaux-focused wineries from Paso Robles, the most up-and-coming wine region in the country. Winemakers and winery representatives will be in attendance to engage with guests during the walk-around tasting. Wineries include Allegretto Wines, Ancient Peaks Winery, Broken Earth Winery, Calcareous Vineyards, Copia Vineyards & Winery, DAOU Family Estates, Eberle Winery, Glunz Family Winery & Cellars, Hearst Ranch Winery, High Camp Wines, Hope Family Wines, J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines, Opolo Vineyards, Pomar Junction Vineyard & Winery, Riboli Family Wines, Robert Hall Winery, Sixmilebridge, and Vina Robles Vineyards & Winery.

Tocca Ferro Italian Chophouse is a fine dining classic steakhouse with Italian flair led by Executive Chef Adam Haverland at the resort The restaurant was recently awarded a prestigious World Culinary Award for Best New Restaurant in North America for its dedication to providing guests with exquisite service in a beautifully rustic atmosphere. Tocca Ferro presents a splendid menu featuring hand-cut steaks, fresh hand-rolled pasta, and a bounty of fresh seafood.
