Destination Marketing Organization Releases New Marketing Campaign Showcasing Anaheim is Open for Business
ANAHEIM, Calif. (May 18, 2021) – Visit Anaheim, the official destination marketing organization for Anaheim, today introduced its new marketing campaign, ‘Calling All Characters,’ with the release of a new promotional video showcasing Anaheim is open for business and welcoming back visitors. On theme with Visit Anaheim’s ‘Uncommon Characters’ campaign, ‘Calling All Characters’ invites visitors and residents to be transformed by Anaheim’s unique experiences and to celebrate the inspired locals that create those experiences. This open invitation is telling the foodies, the wine snobs, the rockers and more, that Anaheim is ready for their safe return.
“The release of Visit Anaheim’s new marketing campaign is intended to demonstrate to the community and vacationers that Anaheim is open for business and ready to safely welcome back visitors,” said Jay Burress, president & CEO, Visit Anaheim. “We know how long our tourism and hospitality industry has waited to reopen, so we want this campaign to encourage visitation to our destination and drive responsible travel to our city in an effort to help fuel our local economy.”

This campaign proves that the character of Anaheim continues to be comprised of the visitors and locals that bring their own personality and creativity to the experiences they create and the adventures they enjoy.
