Christina Dawson Promoted to Chief Operating Officer & Ronnie Collins Appointed Chief Sales Officer
Anaheim, CA (September 10, 2024) – Visit Anaheim, the official sales and marketing organization for Anaheim, announced the promotion of two notable leaders within the organization. Christina Dawson has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Ronnie Collins has been appointed Chief Sales Officer (CSO), effective immediately.
Christina Dawson has been a vital part of the Visit Anaheim team for 24 years. Over the course of her tenure, Dawson has been a cornerstone of the organization’s growth and success. As the newly appointed Chief Operating Officer, Dawson will lead the day-to-day operations of Visit Anaheim, partnership, and business intelligence. Her experience coupled with her unwavering commitment to excellence will be instrumental as the organization continues to enhance its offerings and service to the community.

Ronnie Collins, who joined Visit Anaheim 18 months ago, has quickly established himself as a dynamic and innovative sales leader for the organization. Under his leadership, Visit Anaheim has launched several new programs including an incentive program for hotels to generate group business and also redeployed Visit Anaheim’s meeting sales team to better service local hotels. As the new Chief Sales Officer, Collins will be responsible for further elevating Visit Anaheim’s sales operations including overseeing Visit Anaheim’s international tourism sales strategy.
