Visit Anaheim Joins Forces with Hoag to Offer New Health Services and Resources for Meetings & Conventions
Clinical Solutions to be Uniquely Tailored for Each Event to
Meet Client Needs, Modeling Safe Practices for Attendees to Confidently Convene
ANAHEIM, Calif. (May 20, 2021) – Visit Anaheim, the official destination marketing organization for Anaheim, is proud to announce its partnership with Hoag, a local, non-profit health care network, to provide clinical solutions for events, meetings and conventions to mitigate the risks of COVID-19. As Visit Anaheim’s partner in health, Hoag will offer a variety of clinical service options for clients to choose from including COVID-19 technology solutions and services, on-site screening solutions, live event medical directorship, and clinical event planning services.
To prioritize safety, Visit Anaheim has committed to a preliminary review of clients’ health and safety plans for incoming events, conducted by Hoag. Clients with a scheduled event are eligible for a complimentary review of their health and safety plan, with comments and recommendations provided by Hoag within one week. Additionally, if state and local health guidelines change prior to the event, clients may resubmit their plan for a secondary review.

Hoag provides health and wellness solutions to many of Orange County’s employers, including Disneyland® Resort and John Wayne Airport. As part of its partnership with Visit Anaheim, Hoag is offering a comprehensive portfolio of services and resources that can be uniquely tailored to meet the needs of events, meetings and conventions.
