New Hybrid and Virtual Event Solutions for Meetings & Conventions

 

New Studio Options Provide Meeting Professionals
Access to Professional Equipment and Services to
Enhance Virtual Event Capabilities

 

ANAHEIM, Calif. (April 1, 2021) – With hybrid events and virtual meetings entrenched in today’s landscape, Visit Anaheim, the official destination marketing organization for Anaheim, announced it is now offering new dynamic studio options to meet the demand of its customers. These offerings will provide additional resources for meeting professionals who are looking to shift their meeting, event or convention to include a virtual component.

Whether a meeting professional wants to plan for an in-person event with a virtual element or is looking to produce an entirely virtual experience with a touch of Anaheim magic, Visit Anaheim has a plug-and-play solution for that.

“A recent survey revealed 30 percent of meeting professionals are currently planning hybrid events and another 24 percent intend to,” said Jay Burress, president & CEO, Visit Anaheim. “Given that over 50 percent of meeting professionals are indicating they plan to move forward with some sort of virtual portion for their next event, we want our customers to know that we can absolutely provide a solution for that.”

Visit Anaheim is now offering two studio options for meeting professionals to choose from including a mobile studio at the Anaheim Convention Center designed to serve as a hybrid solution or an offsite studio to serve as a full-production virtual event solution.

“Developing a virtual platform to compliment a live event continues to be top-of-mind for meeting professionals,” said Junior Tauvaa, chief sales officer, Visit Anaheim. “Instead of having them find the necessary equipment, learn how to use it and master the technology, we are providing a turnkey solution, with professionals, to handle all of that for them.”

Both studio solutions provided by Visit Anaheim offer options like a custom digital backdrop, livestreaming and video broadcast abilities, access to top-of-the-line video and audio equipment, assistance with AV and lighting, support for presenters with timers and cue lights, recording/web interface features, and more. Professional services are also available with either option including access to a technician, camera operator, stage manager, video/broadcast engineer, audio engineer, and more.
