Behind the Design: Gustavo Jaimes

This isn't just a beer mug. It's a piece of Anaheim.

Gustavo Jaimes is an Anaheim local and a tattoo artist/illustrator whose bold, traditional, and playfully detailed work is woven into the DNA of Anaheim's creative scene. His characters are vibrant. His line work is unmistakable and his roots in Anaheim culture run deep.

For this stein, Gustavo brought his signature style into conversation with Anaheim's brewing heritage, merging classic references with the city's modern, independent spirit. The result is something that looks just as good on your shelf as it does filled with a crisp local IPA.

Hear It Straight from Gustavo

Nobody tells the Anaheim story quite like the people who live it. In his own words, Gustavo breaks down what this city means to him, where his inspiration comes from.

Why Beer and Anaheim Go Way Back

Stein

This city has a longer relationship with beer than most people realize. Anaheim was founded by German settlers in the 19th century. Its very name blends the Santa Ana River with heim, the German word for home. Anaheim was home to Southern California's first commercial brewery.

That founding energy didn't fade. It evolved into the award-winning craft scene you can explore today across Anaheim and Orange County. The Gustavo Jaimes stein is a nod to all of it: the history, the craft, and the local creatives who keep the culture alive and interesting.
