ocV!BE - Mixed-Use Community and
Live Entertainment District Coming to Anaheim

A land-development project will form a massive lifestyle, business, dining and entertainment hub in Anaheim.

ocV!BE, coming to Anaheim in 2024

 

ocV!BE will be anchored by Honda Center and will include the following upon completion in 2024:

•  A new 5,700-capacity concert venue
•  30+ restaurant concepts
•  Four public plazas
•  865,000 sq. ft. of office space, including a 325,000-sq. ft. office tower
•  Two new hotels with a planned 550 total rooms
•  20 acres of parks and open space

This project will feature numerous walkways and bridges connecting the full 115 acres creating a sense of place for guests. A landmark feature will be a bridge crossing Katella Avenue to provide a safe path from ARTIC to Honda Center, while decreasing pedestrian traffic on the streets.

Rooftop Hotel at Radisson Blu AnaheimThe Viv Hotel, Anaheim, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Formally known as the Radisson Blu Anaheim, this new, refreshed 326-room Viv Hotel Anaheim, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel by Marriott is the perfect place to recharge when on the go. The hotel’s event space is ideal for small receptions or intimate gatherings up to 80 guests, and its after-hour amenities are the best way to unwind following a day of business. Take in spectacular rooftop views of Anaheim from the Top of the V Restaurant & Bar. Enjoy pool-side service at Valencia’s at the Viv where you can order a selection of Baja California-style cuisine from the comfort of a chaise lounge or a cabana.

JW Marriott Anaheim Resort is located adjacent to the Anaheim GardenWalk in the heart of the Anaheim Resort district. The 12-story $150 million property has 466 guest rooms and 16 event rooms, with special features such as a rooftop garden, a yoga and zen room and an expansive fitness center.

The seven-story Westin Anaheim Resort features 613 stylish guest rooms, including 101 suites, three restaurants, two bars including a rooftop lounge overlooking Disneyland® Resort’s fireworks, a resort-style pool and a marketplace. The hotel features 11 meeting rooms totaling 42,000 square feet of customizable and high-tech meeting space including a 16,000-square-foot grand ballroom. This is the first newly built Westin in Southern California in over 25 years.

… And New Luxury Hotels and Development in Garden Grove

The first of its brand in Orange County, a Le Meridien by Marriott and Kimpton Hotel will be breaking ground soon. These two luxury hotels will occupy a 4.3-acre site. The Kimpton Hotel is slated to be one of the largest in the nation!

Just minutes away, the new Garden Grove Civic Center development, Cottage Industries, will feature unique small businesses, with ground breaking expected in the near term. Some tenants will include, Smoke Queen BBQ, GameCraft Brewing, Boba Guys and more.

Disney100 Celebration

Disney100 Celebration - Fab Five

Commemorating 100 years of the Walt Disney Company, the theme parks are incorporating new entertainment, merchandise, and more special limited-time offerings for a year-long celebration.  

  • The evenings will bring to life two new spectaculars - “World of Color – ONE” at the Disney California Adventure® Park and “Wondrous Journeys” at Disneyland® Park. 

  • Guests experiencing the platinum jubilee can expect Sleeping Beauty castle to be covered in platinum bunting and banners, plus twin water fountains on either side of the moat plus a wishing star atop the castle tower.

  • Mickey’s Toontown has undergone a refurbishment, we’re inviting you to climb aboard the new attraction Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway.

  • The beloved parade “Magic Happens” recently returned to Disneyland® Park with the storyline reminding us all of the amazing magic that is woven through Disney stories.

Avengers Headquarters

Marvel fans assembled at the Legends Ceremony at D23 Expo back in September 2022, where a new third attraction was announced for the Avengers Campus. The attraction will follow a brand new story featuring your favorite superheroes into the multiverse! This new concept will be coming to Disneyland® Resort in the near future.

 

More than a dozen new and reimagined food offerings are planned to be introduced at the Downtown Disney® District in the near future. Earlier this year, Din Tai Fung, a world-owned Asian restaurant that originated in Taiwan known for its soup dumplings, will join the district. Porto’s Bakery and Café, an iconic Southern California destination known for its sweet pastries and desserts, as well as delicious California-Cuban-inspired dishes, will also be joining the new evolution of the Downtown Disney® District.

 

DisneylandForward Project

New adventures are on the horizon. Disneyland® Resort has kicked off the DisneylandForward project, a multiyear public planning effort to allow for future integrated and immersive experiences. Additional possible uses include theme park experiences, retail, dining, entertainment and more. Stay tuned for what’s to come. The possibilities are limitless!

Located on the rooftop of the brand new JW Marriott, Anaheim Resort™, Parkestry Rooftop Bar invites visitors to enjoy handcrafted libations and light bites at this new, swanky outdoor space overlooking the Disneyland® Resort.

Just across the street from the Disneyland® Resort, The FIFTH is an open-air rooftop bar located atop the Grand Legacy at the Park. With live entertainment and great views of the Disneyland® Resort, it’s the perfect place to catch the fireworks with a crafted cocktail in hand.
