Mixed-Use Community and Live Entertainment District Coming to Anaheim

Two land-development projects will form a massive lifestyle, business, dining and entertainment hub in Anaheim. 

ocV!BE will be anchored by Honda Center and will include the following upon completion in 2024:

  • A new 6,000-capacity concert venue
  • 30+ restaurant concepts
  • Three public plazas
  • 825,000 sq. ft. of office space, including a 325,000-sq. ft. office tower
  • Two new hotels with a planned 650 total rooms
  • 30 acres of parks and open space

This project will feature numerous walkways and bridges connecting the full 115 acres creating a sense of place for guests. A landmark feature will be a bridge crossing Katella Avenue to provide a safe path from ARTIC to Honda Center, while decreasing pedestrian traffic on the streets. 



The Angel Stadium area development plans include shopping, dining and other entertainment options all surrounding the ballpark. This development, which is set to start by 2025, will include:

  • 153-acre Stadium site
  • 2.7 million sq. ft. of office buildings
  • 5,175 residential units
  • 5-acre urban park
  • Two hotels offering a total of 943 rooms; one hotel with a view directly into the ballpark
  • 1.1 million sq. ft. of restaurants, shops and entertainment

New AAA Four Diamond Hotels Nestled in the Heart of Anaheim

JW Marriott Anaheim Resort is located adjacent to the Anaheim GardenWalk in the heart of the Anaheim Resort district. The 12-story $150 million property will have 466 guest rooms and meeting space, with special features such as a rooftop garden, yoga and zen room and expansive fitness center.

The seven-story Westin Anaheim Resort features 613 stylish guest rooms, including 101 suites, three restaurants, two bars including a rooftop lounge overlooking Disneyland®’s nightly fireworks, a resort-style pool and a marketplace. The hotel will also feature 11 meeting rooms totaling 42,000 square feet of customizable and high-tech meeting space including a 16,000-square-foot grand ballroom. This is the first newly built Westin in Southern California in over 25 years.

The Ever-Expanding “Aleheim” is a True Brew City

With over 25 breweries located in our city and a brewing tradition that stretches back to 1870, Anaheim is a beer lover’s dream. 

As the first-ever brewery in Downtown Disney, Ballast Point is now open, featuring upwards of fifty styles of beer across 100 tap lines and a huge outdoor beer garden with family-friendly cabana-style seating—plus semi-private and private spaces available for events.

Modern Times Leisuretown is the coolest party you’ll ever attend. The city’s newest brewery is part restaurant, part swim club and part botanical wonderland and features multi-story outdoor seating, a beautifully renovated historic 3-story craftsman home, beer garden and over 70 tap selections of beers and ciders.

Orange County's First Shipping Container Food Hall Located in Garden Grove

SteelCraft Garden Grove includes artisanal retailers and restaurants, all located in repurposed cargo containers that are as long as 40 feet each. They are: Beachwood Brewing Co., Dark Horse Coffee Roasters, Renegade Taco, The Chick ‘N Shack (southeast Asian chicken), The Nest (all-day breakfast), Urban Pie (pizza), Barrio (Filipino Food), Honey & Butter (dessert) and Caldron Ice Cream. 

SteelCraft features an organic garden, arcade container and a stage for live performances and events. The center is located on a 1.8-acre lot behind Garden Grove City Hall.
